The SMS Alerts module is a feature that can be added to any Ztech Attendance Management system. Through the SMS module, it is possible to notify the customer that his turn is approaching so that he can go to the service location.

This way the client can physically absent himself from the customer service location, continuing his shopping or other occupation, knowing that he will be notified when it is his turn.

All data collected is encrypted, so all information is restricted and not shared with third parties.

Client takes the ticket from the dispenser.
To access the SMS module you have two options:

Puts the cell phone number directly on the dispenser screen

On the ticket is printed a QR Code where the customer accesses a web application to enter his cell phone number

After registering the cell phone number, the customer will be notified via SMS when 3 passwords are missing for his turn.
