Ztech revamps Queue Management Systems
In addition to the new openings, the Pingo Doce stores are being remodelled, a little all over the country, to better serve the customer.
Along with these renovations and new stores, Ztech was the partner chosen by the Jerónimo Martins Group to install the digital solutions for queue management and corporate television, a partnership that we are very proud of.
Several ticket kiosks installed in the various sections of the supermarkets allow a more effective flow and management of customer service, while promotional content and current campaigns are transmitted on the call screens.
In some of the stores, the Single Queue system is used for a better management of the attendance flow.
In the Fresh Food area, the screens allow a quick look at the menu of the day, as well as a quick call for that service.
With a careful design and in accordance with the brand’s communication line, the digital solutions installed integrate perfectly with the look and decoration of these new and renovated stores, and allow not only a more efficient management of customer service, but also a modern and attractive communication aimed at the customer.
The collaboration with this large retail group in Portugal, such as Jerónimo Martins, is an enormous vote of confidence and recognition of Ztech’s capacity and qualification as a technological company.
