The Regional Health Administration of Lisbon and Tagus Valley, ARSLVT, relied on Ztech for the installation of the Queue Management System in some of its Health Centers.

This system allows not only an improvement in the management of the flow of users, but also to generate and work on data regarding the effectiveness of the service.

The ticket dispenser is integrated with the citizen card, allowing for automatic check-in at the kiosk itself, which allows for better user management, in many cases eliminating the need for interaction with the unit’s administrative professionals.
